Last Thursday new Penguin Windows were installed in my home. Five days later I’d like to tell you it was one of my better decisions. It was a rather big decision, like buying a home, or a new car, but your company did their best to inform me, without being pushy, of all the advantages new triple-paned windows would add to my home.

My old windows “just had to go.” My new ones, well, there is just no comparison. No more drafts at all! And they sure look nice. In fact, I’ve had neighbors come by to compliment how they look. In closing, I must also mention how well mannered, efficient, and well trained the installers were, as well as polite, and they left no mess behind. I even left for an appointment for a while without worrying about workmen in my home. It is a company to be proud of, and believe me I would recommend Penguin Windows to anyone.

We would like to let everyone at Penguin Windows know that we are 110% satisfied with our new Penguin Windows. The entire process from window selection, to installation, to inspection, to follow up maintenance (for something minor) has been easier than anticipated. We have been doing a lot of remodeling and dealt with a variety of companies, installation personal, inspectors, etc. and the associates of Penguin Windows have by far been the best people to work with!

Every person (from Penguin Windows) that we have dealt with, whether in person or over the phone has been helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely nice! The other people that we have worked with during our remodel have been the polar opposite of what we experienced with the employees of Penguin Windows.

Aside from the ease of cleaning and general look of the windows, which are great features, our favorite things about the new windows are that we have already been able to turn down the thermostats and that the sliding glass door is easy to open and close and almost noise free! (Our old sliding glass door was difficult to open and close and very noisy).

We would just like to thank everyone for a job well done and hope that everyone involved in our new window purchase and installation gets recognized for their hard work and dedication to Penguin Windows.

I cannot tell you how happy I am with my Penguin windows. Before having them installed, the house was so drafty throughout the winter. Especially the room that had the thermostat. We thought that the problem was the skylight and I was trying to figure out a way to close it up. The heat would click on constantly in there, making the rest of the house over heat. But as soon as the heater would stop, the house would immediately get cold again.

After getting the Penguin windows installed, the house has been warm all the time. In fact, at first, the room with the thermostat would stay so warm that the heater would never kick on. Obviously the skylight was not the problem. We keep the thermostat at 65 now and the house feels like 70. We can’t wait to see how much cooler it will be in the house this summer.

They are so efficient, and on top of that, they are beautiful!!!!

You were such a pleasure to work with. The installers were quick and efficient. I love my Penguin windows. I’d recommend them to anyone!

From my perspective, the installation was a breeze, with as little disruption to my schedule and home life as was humanly possible.
