The installation of your new Penguin Windows is just as important as the quality of the window itself. For starters, proper installation means you’ll enjoy maximum energy savings. Even with a quality product, an improper installation could result in building code violations, air infiltration, and more importantly, water infiltration that could damage the structure of your home.

YOUR TEAM: Your installation experience with Penguin Windows begins with the installation team. Each team is lead by an InstallationMasters™ Certified Installer. When we arrive at your home, we’ll begin with a walkthrough to explain what we will be doing and to determine if your property and belongings have any special needs. We take great care in protecting your property during the installation process.

Penguin doesn’t want to just ‘replace your windows’. Our goal is to provide a superior window replacement experience. That means minimal disruption to your home and leaving it as clean, if not cleaner, than when we began.

SAFETY INSPECTION: During installation, your home may be visited by one of our inspectors. Every inspector is trained and certified as an InstallationMasters™ Certified Installer. Their job is to ensure the quality of the installation, the safety of the job site and that you and your property are treated with respect.

QUALITY INSPECTION: When installation is complete, we take you on a final walkthrough to make sure you’re completely satisfied. Both the windows and the jobsite will be spotless before we leave.
