These days it seems like every warranty is a bunch of fine print, with prorated discounts and exclusions. They try to make it so difficult that you just give up. For instance, with most window companies if one of their windows fails, they’ll give you a prorated discount to get a new one, BUT you’ll have to find someone else to install the window… at your expense.

Everything is covered: the frame, the sash, the seals, the screens, the glass, and even the installation - forever. If you ever sell your home, we’ll transfer the warranty to the next homeowner, a great selling point! Nothing is prorated, and we won’t just give you the glass; one of our certified installers will come and do the work. It will never cost you anything.
